I joined ACM in the fall of 2016, and became the treasurer of the Chico State chapter in the spring of 2017. ACM is a great organization to be part of, and the annual ICPC competition is something I loved competing in! With regular algorithm discussion sessions for all different experience levels, the meetings were always interesting and challenging. I owe much of my whiteboarding and interview skills to Chico State's ACM chapter.
